I reached out to Annette on a Friday afternoon (two days before New Years Day) to see if she could help move one of my residents from assisted living to memory care. She connected with the family who was out of state, came to the building within an hour to take pictures and plan... and then came back 3 days later with her team to complete the move. They didn't just move furniture, they put everything in the exact same spot in the resident's apartment... pictures and all! Nothing but good things to say about this team and can't wait to work with them again!!

I was very pleased with Smooth Transitions’ service to a client with memory impairment. She didn’t want to move to assisted living, and with their responsiveness, caring and thorough attention, Mike, Brian, and their team made a difficult move easier for her. I just wanted to take the time to thank you again for all you did for us.
